Job description:
Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Telemarketing.
• Diary Management – Online Diary.
• Reception Duties.
• Customer Care.
• Mailings – involving mail merge.
• Administration.
• Banking.
• Post.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
• Liaising with GP’s, ENT’s and their respective staff.
• Stock Control.
• Filing system.
• Maintenance of in-house database.

Candidate must have:

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
