Hearing Therapist/Technician – Full time Permanent

We are now recruiting for the above position in the following locations;
Dublin (Shared Location)

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• To assist Hearing Aid Audiologist in care of Patients by arranging and carrying out initial fitting of hearing aids, follow-up appointments and to assess needs for further re-habilitiation.
• Carry out minor hearing aid repairs.
• To provide general advice and guidance to patients regarding hearing aids and their use.
• Online diary management
• Customer care.
• Administration.
• Weekly reports.
• Liaising with GP’s, ENT’s and their respective staff.
• Stock control.
• Maintenance of in-house database.

Candidate must have:

• Good general standard of education.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative & as part of a team.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Ability to empathise.
