About the Role:

The purpose of the Ear Wax Removal Technician role is primarily and most importantly to increase capacity through supporting and delivering high quality service to Hidden Hearing patients. This is a pivotal role within the Cavan Clinic, as The Clinic Coordinator is the first face and voice that our patients interact with. The overall mission and purpose for The Clinic Coordinator is to deliver Personalised Hearing Care by putting the individual Patient first. The Clinic Coordinator has a significant contribution in delivering and driving maximum opportunities to help people hear better by effective and efficient diary management, optimising attended appointment numbers through effective telemarketing activity in line with ATRT and scripts, providing exceptional customer care, while maximising accessory sales and customer care plans (CCP) – all carried out while keeping and ensuring a well-presented clinic, consistent with our premium brand and promise.
