Customer care plan for your hearing aids

As part of our patient centric approach, we have designed our unique OnePlan care package specifically for Hidden Hearing patients, giving total peace of mind with all risks.

One Plan provides comprehensive low-cost protection against the loss, accidental damage, or theft of your hearing device. The plan is available for up to 4 years from the date of fitting your new device. 

We recommend that you sign up when you purchase your new hearing aid(s) to make sure you are fully protected from day one.

Total protection of your hearing aid from just €3 per week.

The 3 main benefits of OnePlan are:

Oneplan aims to serve as the safeguard for your device for the first four years of your hearing aid’s life and is the only hearing aid protection of its kind. Under the Oneplan scheme, we ensure the following:

No quibble for new replacement of your hearing aid/s if it’s lost or stolen.

Unlimited repairs to your hearing aid/s through breakdown or accidental damage.

Free cover whilst on your holidays up to a maximum of 31 days (at any one time).

Oneplan – Protection when you need it.

OnePlan is renewable annually. An invitation will be sent out to you before your plan expires to ensure there is no interruption of cover. Please note that once Hidden Hearing have replaced your hearing aid due to loss, accidental damage or theft, the OnePlan for the original hearing device will end.
