If you have questions about your hearing aids or need a hearing aid adjustment or repair, then you are welcome to call us on 1800 818 808 to schedule an appointment. If you are an existing customer and want to book an appointment to see your audiologist, you can either call the clinic you originally visited or give us a call. Hidden Hearing is an approved supplier of the Treatment Benefit Scheme, and we are familiar with the application process. We know that application forms can be tedious, and we regularly help our patients complete and submit their Treatment Benefit Scheme application.

If you are new to Hidden Hearing and would like to book a free hearing test, you can either book an appointment here or call 1800 818 808. You can book an appointment for yourself or on behalf of someone else. We also offer video consultations, which can be arranged when you speak to a member of our team.

Once a hearing aid passes its manufacturer warranty, the price for any repairs can be expensive, but as we all know, these things can happen. Oneplan is a low-cost plan that provides coverage against theft, loss and damage, and it can offer full protection of your hearing aid.
