At Hidden Hearing, our purpose is to provide life-changing hearing healthcare to those with hearing loss. We pride ourselves on providing the very best aftercare services, personalized to each of our patients. That is why, as part of our patient-centric approach, we have developed the Essential Care Plan. This plan is exclusively for Hidden Hearing patients to ensure your purchase is protected against loss, theft or accidental damage for a relatively low cost. The plan is available for 4 years from your day of fitting.

Forms can either be filled with a PDF form filler or can be printed, filled and uploaded through the submission form below. Completed forms can also be posted to Essential Care, Hidden Hearing Ltd, Block 5, Waterside Innovation Campus, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, D24 X7FT or you can reach out to our Essential Care Team by emailing essentialcare@hiddenhearing.ie.

When should I avail of the plan?

We recommend that you sign up when you purchase your new hearing aid(s) to make sure you are fully protected from day one.

Don’t leave yourself exposed to replacement and repair costs; enquire about the Essential Care Plan by calling 1800 66 77 11 and selecting Opt. 1.
