Our earwax consultation and earwax removal fee is €70 for both. Your wax consultation fee of €70 covers the discussion, assessment by screening, removal of any wax (whether present or not), video otoscopy, a general ear health check-up, and any advice needed.

What is included in the ear wax removal cost?
An appointment is necessary. Currently, it costs €70 for an earwax consultation and earwax removal here at Hidden Hearing. Your wax consultation fee of €70 covers the discussion, assessment by screening, removal of any wax (if present), video otoscopy and a general ear health check-up, and advise accordingly. If no wax is present, patients will be charged at half price for the check up. At Hidden Hearing we use all the latest technology with best practice in micro-irrigation and micro-suction. Payment can only be taken by credit card.
How much does it cost if I don’t need to get any ear wax removed?
Our wax consultation costs €70. The charge remains the same whether wax is discovered or not.
Does health insurance cover ear wax removal?
Some health insurance packages cover ear wax removal. It’s best to ask your insurance provider what your entitlements are as all health care plans differ in what they offer.
