Dolores Madden joined Hidden Hearing in 1989 and has played a central role in its growth into a leading provider of hearing healthcare in Ireland. With a background in accounting and a Master’s Degree in Audiology from Trinity College Dublin, she brings a unique blend of commercial and clinical expertise. As Marketing Director, she leads brand and growth strategy across a nationwide network, championing personalised, technology-led hearing care that is never one size fits all. A passionate advocate for early intervention, Dolores is committed to raising awareness of hearing loss and its wider impact on quality of life, while continuing to support high professional standards through her work with both the Demant Group and ISHAA.
