Hidden Hearing is proud to support Christmas Twice a Year, a brand new Irish Christmas charity single that brings together some of Ireland’s best-loved voices to raise funds for LauraLynn and Barretstown.
Led by broadcaster, performer and choreographer Arthur Gourounlian, the festive track features an all-star line-up including Daniel O’Donnell, Una Healy, Niamh Kavanagh, Mary Byrne and the Newbridge Gospel Choir. The single is now available to download, with proceeds helping to support children and families cared for by LauraLynn and Barretstown.
A Christmas Song with Heart
Written by Karl Brodrick and produced by Arthur Gourounlian and Chris Browne, Christmas Twice a Year is an uplifting, feel-good song inspired by the things that matter most at Christmas: family, love, kindness and togetherness.

Arthur Gourounlian
Although Arthur did not grow up celebrating Christmas in Armenia, he hopes the single captures the excitement, joy and generosity that make the festive season so special.
“Becoming a father has given Christmas a whole new meaning for me. Seeing it through my children’s eyes reminds me that the greatest gifts we can give are love, kindness and time together. I wanted to create something joyful that families could sing along to, while helping children and families who need support.”
Bringing Together Some of Ireland’s Favourite Voices
The Christmas Collective sees a unique group of Irish artists come together for a shared purpose: supporting two incredible children's charities.
The single features:
- Daniel O’Donnell
- Una Healy
- Niamh Kavanagh
- Mary Byrne
- Newbridge Gospel Choir
Together, they have created a festive anthem that combines catchy melodies with a powerful message of hope, kindness and community.
Supporting LauraLynn and Barretstown
Funds raised through Christmas Twice a Year will go to LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice, and Barretstown, helping both organisations continue their vital work with children and families across Ireland.
LauraLynn supports children with life-limiting conditions and their families, helping them make the most of precious moments together.
Barretstown provides life-changing camps and programmes for children affected by serious illness and their families, offering support, connection and unforgettable experiences.
Both charities have welcomed the initiative and the positive impact it can make for the families they support.
Why Hidden Hearing Is Getting Involved

That's why we are delighted to support Arthur Gourounlian’s Christmas Collective and help raise awareness and funds for two charities that make such a difference in the lives of children and families.
Dolores Madden, Marketing Director at Hidden Hearing, said:
