Sunway Travel Ltd. X Hidden Hearing Ltd. Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction: This competition is jointly organised by Sunway Travel Ltd. and Hidden Hearing Ltd. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants provide their name and email address and phone number in the form provided. By submitting your entry, you are confirming you want to enter the competition and are agreeing to these terms and conditions, a chance to win an escorted tour holiday to Scotland, departing 24th July 2025. Entries are accepted from 16th June to 30th June 2025.
3. Prize: The winner will receive a free “Bonnie Scotland and Lake District” escorted tour holiday to for 2 people, departing 24th July 2025. The prize includes: Fully escorted coach travel from Ireland to Scotland via ferry, all taxes, 4 nights’ Half Board in a standard room in the 3* Cairndale Hotel, with Scottish breakfast and table d’hôtel dinner included, all day guided excursions, taxes and service charges, tour guide services. Total prize value is €1,398 per person - €699 per person. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Any upgrades to the prize must be paid by the winner.
4. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals 18 years and older at the time of entry.
5. Ineligibility: All employees and directors of Sunway Travel Limited and/or Hidden Hearing Ltd., their families, agents, suppliers, or anyone associated with Sunway or Hidden Hearing Ltd. are not eligible to enter or participate in this competition.
6. Data Privacy - Consent to receive Marketing Communications: As stated above; by entering this competition and providing your email address and mobile phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from both Sunway and Hidden Hearing Ltd severally. This includes receiving newsletters, special offers, and other promotional materials.
• Sunway: You consent to Sunway Travel Limited sending you marketing communications related to their products and services to your email address only.
• Hidden Hearing: You consent to Hidden Hearing sending you marketing communications related to their products and services to your email address and/or SMS to your mobile phone.
You can easily opt out at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button that can be found in marketing communications. You are not required to opt into marketing communications to enter the competition.
7. Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously. Your email address and/or mobile phone number along with any other personal information you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policies. By entering the competition, you agree that Sunway and Hidden Hearing Ltd. may process your data for the purposes of this competition and marketing communications. Both companies comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, GDPR and ePrivacy Regulations SI No. 336/2011 and ensure that your data is protected. 8. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected using at random using a random name generator from all valid entries which include a full name, email address and mobile number. The winner will be notified via email within 7 working days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 14 working days, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
9. General Terms:
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This competition is governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
