I’m David, a Hearing Aid Audiologist based in Belfast City Centre, serving the Greater Belfast Area. Having a family member with hearing loss, I saw first-hand how hearing difficulties can lead to isolation over time. This experience inspired my interest in audiology and my desire to help others.
I qualified as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2023 through Hidden Hearing’s training facility in Buxton, England. I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA).
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing the difference better hearing can make to someone’s life. Hearing often changes gradually, making it difficult to recognise deterioration, which is why I encourage people to listen to those around them and keep up with regular hearing checks.
