    We offer all our customers a 90-day return policy (money back guarantee) on their hearing aids purchase. If you feel that your hearing aids are not suitable for whatever reason, you can simply return them at zero cost. We recommend that you wear them as a part of your everyday routine as directed by your hearing aid audiologist to determine if they are the right hearing aids for you.
  2. 4-year hearing aid maintenance
    We offer 6-monthly free hearing aid cleaning assistance as part of your 4-year warranty. You are also covered for any fittings, adjustments, software upgrades and repairs.

    If you buy hearing aids with disposable batteries, we give you free batteries for the life of the hearing aid. 
  4. Online and in-person consultations - free aftercare services
    We provide 6-month and yearly service check-ups, with free in-person consultations at our clinics. We also offer online remote support and self-guided resources. Our dedicated customer services team is there to look after you. 
  5. Hidden Hearing welcome programme
    We offer an introductory welcome programme through email, offering tips and advice to help you adjust to your new life with hearing aids.

How can you save on hearing aid costs?

When you purchase your hearing aids with Hidden Hearing, we will offer you advice on the different payment options available to you (based on your financial situation) together with details of any government grants applicable. Read more below on how to keep hearing aid costs down:

PRSI Government Grant
You could be entitled to free hearing aids through the PRSI government scheme; however, it’s important to get expert advice for the right device. At Hidden Hearing, our expert audiologists can steer you in the right direction. We will prescribe the most suitable hearing aids available to treat your hearing loss and assist you in applying for benefits under the scheme. The PRSI Treatment Benefit Scheme covers the cost of hearing aids up to €1,000*. Public support for hearing aids varies from year to year. In 2021, you can receive:

• The full cost of a hearing aid up to a maximum of €500 (€1,000 for a pair) once every fourth calendar year.
• The government will also pay the full cost of repairs for hearing aids, up to a maximum of €100, once every fourth calendar year.

Flexible payment options
When you purchase a pair of hearing aids in any of our clinics, we will offer you 0% hearing aid finance options and a flexible payment plan. This means we will spread the cost of your hearing aids over 12 months in 12 equal instalments.
