About Our Customer Services Team
Sandra Cassidy is the Customer Services Manager at Hidden Hearing, she joined Hidden Hearing in 2002 as a Customer Service and Repairs Agent bringing several years of key experience to the role from prior administration positions. Her attention to detail and excellent rapport-building skills resulted in her being promoted to Customer Services Manager in 2006 and in 2012 Sandra completed a Managing People (QQI Level 6) course.
In her role as Customer Services Manager Sandra is deeply committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client, speaking about her role Sandra said “I feel privileged to work with the Hidden Hearing team in helping to make a difference in enabling others to achieve better hearing and improve their quality of life. We are always here for our clients, whatever they need help with, whenever they need it”.
A typical day for Sandra involves responding to issues such as inquiries, problem resolution, quickly researching and investigating issues that concern a customer, managing the customer service team and preparing/reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reports. “I love seeing the results from helping people with their hearing impairments and it is particularly inspiring and rewarding to hear how happy people are when they write to us or contact us to thank us for helping to improve their quality of life”.

Sandra lives in Dublin with her husband Kieran, and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys participating in family events, going to concerts, dancing, going to movies and enjoying life.
